Maintenance is sloowwwwww. Management is awful. They lie and take your money. They charge people for false damages in the apartment and expect to use their carpet and appliances for at least 10 years before replacement... so nothing has been updated and the current charge for rent in a 1 bedroom is 770...it probably goes all to cathy to keep paying for that mercedes. take photos of everything and keep every piece of paper or correspondence from them. Be sure to get a walk through as well... thats where they will get you. They avoid walk throughs so they can keep your deposit.
