Well I began living at Briar Creek in 2003. The staff at that time was very friendly and the apartments for the most past were very nice and quiet. In the year of 2004 the management changed and the level of service changed as well. The management staff was extremely rude. The manager at the Ms. Kincaid is very rude to tenants. These new ladies do not realize that the tenants help to write their paychecks. I was having trouble with my bathroom sinks, toilet and tubs slow draining. This problem would cause any of them to clog up and have standing water. Well I called over a course of several months trying to fix the situation. Ms. Kincaid finally advised me on my last call to the office that if I continued to call she was going to send someone out to repair the problem although, it would be at my expense. UHHHHH. excuse me''''''' This is your property, not mine!!!! But, overall I made the best of the times that I lived there. The parking lot is extremely dark at night (all ladies living alone.) They recently got security officers so thats a little comforting. Maintenance is OK. They usually respond rather quickly. They are no longer apartments. They are now condo. Condo consumers: Don't spend your money on an APARTMENT like this, for CONDO prices!$$$$$$ Not a very attractive area to people with cash!
