I have lived here for many years and can not wait to leave. I went through the whole condo conversion, broken into when someone in broad daylight cut the screen to my patio and smashed my back door. The office staff was very cold about it and I had a ply wood door for a week. I had to call them almost daily to get a new door put up and when they did it didn't even match. My apartment (what I call a condoment)was bought by someone out of state, you have to guess what office to go to. If you are a renter you are treated like dirt. They will also give you a run around. The place has been half empty for over a year, more and more pit bulls showing up in the apartments (supposed to not be allowed) and tenants let them run loose.

There is also water damage and when I use to complain about it the staff would just come over with paint and cover it up. Once I had mold and they said I didn't know what I was talking about, finally when they did show up, guess what, it was black mold. Dryer vent was clogged for over 3 years, it took many, many calls to get someone to do something about it. In the meantime I had to do 2 sometimes 3 dryer cycles on my electric bill. I have a spot on kitchen floor from a water leak and nothing has ever been done about it.

Enough, I could go on and on. Do not waste your time here unless you want to be growled at by pit bulls, screaming kids, loud music, uncaring staff, robberies etc.
