must be from living at the miserable Reserve at ghetto line.
Understandably so.
Sounds like he misses Lee Vista

There is noise, no soundproofing, illegal aliens running into resident's cars with the golf cart they drive. Blaring music all hours worse on weekend.
Speeding in the parking lots.

AND no parking. Don't know what planet he's dreaming on..............

Management decides how much each resident pays. Everyone is paying different rates for exact same apartments.

Unbelievable! This is an upscale community in the Lake None area. There is no shortage of parking here. If you are too impoverished to afford a garage or a covered space, then move to an economical community that you can afford. The soundproofing is satisfactory and my neighbors are generally considerate. My apartment is on the top floor. If you didn't want to hear footsteps, then why didn't you rent on the top floor? I don't hear the traffic either because I keep my windows closed. I can afford air conditioning. Can you not afford air conditioning? Do you leave your windows open? It sounds like you are better suited for an economical community in the Lee Vista area. Just do not be surprised at one of those economical communities in Lee Vista when your car is stolen or when your apartment is burglarized through your open windows. Been there, done that. I have lived in Southeast Orlando for seven years, and the Reserve At Beachline is the best apartment community that I know of. If you want a traffic light, then stop whining and write an articulate letter to Commissioner Phil Diamond. The management here cannot install a traffic light. What ever happened to common sense?

Ginsburg sounds like he needs to remove the stick from is butt and stop thinking that those who have complaints about what he thinks is luxury, need to look for a more "economical community." The words wanna be come to mind along with a few others.

wow Ginsburg you must be the manager of this complex. after reading all your responses....they all match and you sound like that old stickler head over the office too!! truth hurts sometimes but suck it up like a man and take charge to change the place! if this were a REAL "luxury" apartment complex then we would have more than one pool, granite counter tops, better faucet / kitchen sink(rather than the cheap one in there now), and much better carpet. the carpet is new but it's the cheap crap and sheds non stop!! oh yeah and if there wasn't an issue with noise then how come we just received a letter from the management reminding everyone of quiet hours and that there were residents complaining that they could hear their neighbors washer and dryer?!! that is b/c these are not "luxury" apartments!!!!! the walls are thin!! you can definitly hear every little thing!!! you want a better complex, step up to the plate and send out a questionaire for opinions instead of back mouthing the ones that are on here! Thank you! :)
