I've been living at Riverpark for almost a year now and I've had a really, nice living experience here so far. The staff are nice and the maitenence are very nice and prompt when fixing things. I moved in around December when they were still reconstructing everything and gutting out damaged apartments from last years' hurricanes...so that was a mess upon moving in, yet was fixed and finished around April. I have a couple complaints though...I got a nail in my tire 2x's and they refused to compinsate me for it...even though it was due to theier construction etc. and also now that school is back in session new people are moving in and its VERY crowded. There are people illegally parked everywhere! And the pool could use a good cleaning...Other than that, the trees, free canoe rentals, and a hop skip and jump away from Blanchard Park are all perks. I give it a thumbs up..but they do need some improvements.
