Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
* Parking is almost always available, but not necessarily right next to your apartment.
* There's a decent mix of college students and families, so occasional bass heavy car and party noise on the weekends.
* It's walking distance to the park, which helps the overall view/landscape.
* Maintenance and staff were usually responsive.
* My main complaint is that they will make up the flimsiest excuses to keep the entire deposit, no matter how unjustified. If you're okay with this, then River Park is a viable ooption.
