Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
Expensive for the poor quality of service and old amenities, more inportantly the complex is old and therefore the AC units have not been replaced in god knows how long, the monthly AC bill is $300 plus a month in the summer and has not gone down below $150 in the past 2 years even during no need for AC and heat time. This is an expensive proposition. Unfriendly staff even if you call to make sure they received the rent check. One would expect to live in those conditions for half the cost. Do not even consider it, throwing money down the drain, buy you own place instead. -:) 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
