Horrible parking for visitors (they do tow, OFTEN) and extremely hard to find a parking spot anywhere near your apt. if you come home at night. Good luck if you work at night like me. Safe except when you try and take the garbage out at night and there are racoons in the dumpster. I was scared of getting bit so I put my trash right next to the dumpster and River Park searched through my garbage and charged me $30 for not throwing it away in the dumpster. They are horribly strict when I was only looking out for my safety. The apt price was great but the office staff makes life here hell. Don't expect to save any money by moving in here, you'll end up spending more in ridiculous fees.
