River Park used to be a nice place to live but has gone downhill fast. I would not renew my lease here if you payed me. The towing is ridiculous. They tow during the day when the parking lot is empty. They are just out for money and it is sad. They treat you so nice before you sign the lease then after you live there they could care less about you. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
