This is my first apartment living away from home for college. I moved from a small rural town and coming to this place (which is somewhat woodsy) was a nice reminder of home. Overall grounds upkeep is nice, although sometimes annoying if you want to sleep til about 10 am and you can hear the lawn mower. I also have loud neighbors but they are only loud a few times a month, maybe 1 or 2. Maintenance is awesome, very helpful and nice, other tenants typically courteous. Parking CAN be a problem if you stay out past 9 or 10 o'clock at night so be prepared to walk during the school semesters. Parking lot noise not to bad, only had one major party in my building this past year and even though there were lots of people there wasn't a lot of noise that I heard from the hallways. Beautiful location, great management, safe and tucked away, also nice that there is access to Blanchard Park w/free canoo rentals (very fun but not on windy days! lol) Overall a great experience. Only one complaint about rent jumping up, but still a very good price for a 2 bed 2 bath with pet. Great place to be.
