I have lived here at River Park since July of 2005 and love it. Granted there are a few things I dislike: there is only ONE trash dumpster and it is all the way in the front of the complex and I live allll the way in the back. My Dishwasher doesnt do that good of a job, i feel like i have to wash everything before I but it in. AC doesnt even ditribute between the 2 rooms causing me to be really cold and my roommate to be warm and our bill to be VERY HIGH! Other than that I love it! I always have parking, they keep it very nicely maintained, maintence comes quickly when asked, free car wash station, 2 pools with jaccuzzis, fitness center and access to blanchard park and the econ trail! I am most likely renewing my lease if i dont get a house and would definetly reccommend it anyone looking for a nice place to live. Good mix of people too!
