Pros: 1}Maint. very responsive if you call before 11 a.m. as they suggest. 2}Living in the back area is great. Away from management ladies who can be rude except for Debbie. 3} Lovely oak trees which shade my second floor solarium windows. 4} love the 3/2 floorplan 5}driving along the tree lined street before turning into apt. complex is beautiful. 5}2 pools are nice except the back pool and hot tub aren't nearly as clean as the front one.
Cons: 1} 1 dumpster which you must climb several (huff & puff) steps to get to, then you might encounter "four eyes" the racoon and her babies. 2} ciggie butts everywhere. our neighbor stomps hers out right at her front door, then the wind blows them in front of ours, so I've taken to sweeping the breezeway as part of my weekly apt. cleaning chore list 3} The very OLD APPLIANCES!! The fridge is so small! The dishwasher doesn't get dishes clean. 4} the metal folding doors to laundry area jump the tracks all the time. 5} floor in areas seem to go downhill or something as floor lamps and other free-standing decor leans or falls completely over. P.S. overall, it is nice here, but it is high rent for such an old place. They really need to replace the appliances badly. Parking is horrible!! My 2006 beautiful new car's bumper has been hit twice and so has my daughter's car even though we pull all the way up to the curb thingy. The parking lot is just not wide enough for 2 rows of parked cars.
