The only good thing about this place is maintenance and the access to the blanchard park trail. Otherwise, theres only one dumpster, no need for 2 pools i mean how lazy can you be. Also, if i need to wash my work clothes for the morning and i have no money on my card, how can i get in the office to replanish the card'' They need to move the pay station for the laundry card somewhere for 24 hour a day access. Also, the staff is ok but never say hi when they walk right past you. The only maintenance guy that is good are steve w. The rest walk around like zombies and have no idea what they are talking about. Just very rude and look like the type that would steal from your apt. Except steve. Next, racoons are problems everywhere but 1 dumpster is ludacris. They have the money for 2 pools but can afford another dumpster, come on! I think they should offer trash valet services, even if its $10 per month. SPRINKLERS are nuts! i cannot leave my apt. without getting wet. They put then on at 9pm when i am coming or going. Why not 4am or 5am when most people are sleeping. Think guys think. The "cold tub" at the pool is always broken, the gym equipment is old and the whole place neds to be re-sodded. The grass is like dirt! Cant think of anything else but this place is horrid

You're in idiot! If River Park is so bad why would you stay for two years. Valet trash? Would you like raccoons to be strolling through the breezeway, not to mention no one wants to smell your trash. I think you are just too damn lazy to walk to the dumpster, are you fat...probably!

I asked about the sprinklers and now understand that there are 12-24 zones per building it takes 14 hours to run through the whole property. Makes more sense now why my girlfriend sometimes dodges the sprinklers at night.

I'm 150lbs sorry. I dont think im fat. Not lazy either. If you read earlier in my post, I love the location because it's next to blanchard park where I run and play basketball everyday. All I'm saying is that I should not have to huff and puff up stairs to throw away my trash. No other complexes have stairs to their trash except riverpark I think the stairs are for the racoons to get easier access to the dumpster. Lastly, This place is not safe. Remember the guy who tried to hijack a girls car? Also, people are always complaining about car theft, hence the note posted at the mailboxes.

While River Park is a pretty horrid place, there is only one really valid complaint here: the sod is non-existant in certain places.
