Management needs to change! The women there are not helpful and the --- guy at the front is useless. No one gives you the same information, and the maintenance crew makes five trips to fix the same problem. Oh, and it never gets fixed. They don't give rent incentives, which would be okay if they didn't charge too much for what they give you. Don't rent here, it will only be a 12 month headache.

Sounds like your unhappy yes change is good...Rent incentives are only needed when you need to fill up your property..I love it here with no monetary incentive

boy tata200 you write on everyone's bad post ? why is that, hum maybe trying to save your all skin. you all suck there and that is that. maybe try to be a good service provider and people would not be wanting to leave when there moved to your place. please poeple this is not a good place to live and avoid this place if all possible. by the way do a police report on this place and you will see it's not a nice place to live.....and lisa sad person she is ...

Tata works for the complex i think. The only good thing is that they give incentives for rent at the pool party. How come i have to huff and puff up stairs to throw away my trash?
