Nestled in a decent neighborhood next to a great park! The schools are good too.
Yes, there are some residents that act up or display poor behavior......but that is anywhere.

River Park is quite in the mornings, the staff members are really nice ........you just need to make the effort to smile and say hello also............why is it many think they are the entitled ones' Reach out once and awhile your world may change.

The grounds are kept up and there are the amenities. I have lived here goping on my third year and during the hurricanes I was very impressed with the staff and their dedication. What was disturbing was the lack of community assistance getting the place cleaned up outside. You were not responsible for a roof like a home owner and could have dedicated some of your time to help clean up instead of watching others do it!

Keep your apartment clean and you'll get your deposit back, call maintenance when needed to upkeep, lock your car doors, keep your guests cars out of resident parking and stop complaining!

I would stay at River Park but the rates are up to high - probably because they spend so much money renovating damaged units!

Judging by your username, you must be one of my neighbors. Our building and the people who like there are all good friends. I will be said next year when most of us are going to have to move. At least we all resigned for another year and we can continue the great get togethers. I love this place, the people, and the feeling of security that comes with it. My apartment building rocks!

I'm glad you had a pleasant experience. I'm REALLY glad you and your husband's cars (what are the odds of BOTH being hit??) didn't have their windows bashed in and you didn't have to live with the office telling you "oh well. It happens a lot here, you're not the only ones." Is that supposed to be comforting?? P.S. All doors were locked, which does little to deter someone that the cops said likely used a bat or a cement block. Oh - and this is how our building bonded. We all park in the same area and one morning (two months after my car window was bashed), my husband's and three fellow neighbors cars were all hit. We bonded while waiting for the cops. Oh, and we came back from vacation with NO time to comply with their 48 hour notice to remove everything from our dishwasher and oven, because they were changing out the appliances. I guess the loud noise that over $100 worth of pots and pans in the bottom drawer of the stove make isn't loud enough for the moron they allowed unsupervised in our apartment to bend down and take them out before taking the unit. I guess we're just fortunate the dishwasher was empty before we left for vacation, huh? Guess what the office told us? You got it - "You have to understand - you weren't the only ones who were on vacation and lost stuff because of the appliance switch out. We can't pay you for them because we posted a 48 hour notice." Again - comforting?? Not so much. When there are obvious legitimate reasons why their 48 hour notice could be missed, a little more caution needs to be exercised when removing appliances. Nope - not at River Park. Hope you don't opt to go out of town when they decide they're changing out something in YOUR apartment. Bottom line is they're not responsible for anything - even when they authorized a third party contractor to come in your home and remove your personal property. Wow. Don't live at River Park and go on vacation. How on god's green earth should we have known to let River Park know not to take our property while we were gone?? We wouldn't. We liked River Park too for a little while. It just turned out a little crime filled for my liking.
