This place is crazy! They will charge you for anything they can get away with. Forget your deposit! Parking is a nightmare! Dog crap is everywhere! Management says one thing than sticks you with a fee........always get it in writing! For a 3bed we pay over 1200.00 a month! There are plenty of houses for rent cheaper than that!

Maybe you should get a house and a attorney, you're probably the neighbor with the screaming kids, to many cars and to many people living in your apartment who are not on the lease! Get real.

maybe you are the one with the dog not on the lease, or the one contributing to the morals of minors and (to oh I mean too) too much to say when you are unaware of that particular persons situation

That's what I'm saying, you should stay out of things you know nothing about!! I have just moved out of River Park and I am seriously considering consulting with an attorney. These people cannot be trusted. You have to get everything in writing or they will try to screw you over. They are nice looking apartments but you can't trust the management.
