This place seems nice when you first move in, but then you get to know the office and how unhelpful they are once they have you in a lease. The seem to pick on some people, like my neighbor, but not on others. They give good deals to new renters, but not to the ones already there. It is a beautiful place,but the parking is a nightmare and at times, they will tow your car even when you have a sticker visible in the window...and still charge you or as it happened to someone else, they tried to charge for a tow when he wasn't even there that weekend. They act real nice and accommodating to get you in, but then stick it to you any way they can once you are in. Maintenance staff are good when they come out- it may take a few times. Not the best place in the Orlando area, but the park next store is a nice bonus- when it is open. I heard they will be redoing the pool areas, so if you are planning to move in and enjoy the pools, ask first if they will be available. If it takes as long as the remodeling after Hurricane Charlie- then keep looking.

MAYBE YOUR FRIEND SHOULDNT SNEAK IN A PET, PARK WITHOUT A DECAL OR MOVE IN SOMEBODY THAT WASNT ON THE LEASE! I LIKE THE OFFICE BUT THATS PROBABLY BECAUSE I TRY TO STICK TO THE RULES!
