I had my checks stolen twice in three months living here. By that I mean the people handling the rent checks stole my checking account number and used that number to print their own checks and buy whatever they wanted. Recently on the local news there was a story of over 15 people who had experienced the same thing. My roommate had his car broken into 4 times in a year, and the previous roommate had his car broken into twice. Nice looking neighborhood, but high in crime.

Thank you griff7625 for writing this review. I too had fraud occur on my checking acct back in April 07 and filed a police report with O.C. sheriff. They are still investigating and now with that WFTV news video of ----- (leasing office rep. at River Park)...that was a very informative video. www.wftv.com/video/13597976/detail.html I watched it several times and found ----- to be a liar. She stated the owner's rep.(-----) is the only person in the leasing office who has access to our rent checks, but that is a lie. If you personally hand your rent check like I do to either -----, -----, or ----..well, that is 3 other people who have access to our rent checks and can easily make a copy. ----- also stated they are on video camera. Ya, well who is monitoring the camera/cameras? Are they being recorded and if so, for how long do they keep the tape? I phoned the o.c. sheriff's detective in charge of the fraud case I filed back in April and she is going to look into this further with River Park residents rent checks and accounts. Hopefully someone will be caught and prosecuted!! I will stay in touch with the detective for sure.

---- is still here how sad i would not trust her if my life depended on it she and other are piss poor rep for there owner !! i too had fruad happen to me there and they did not even care then so why now!!!! how sad they are
