I am an ex resident of River Park and had check fraud done twice while I lived there. The last time it happened my account was nearly wiped out and I was closing on a house. I hope that it was not a River Park employee. I had some issues with them over a few things that of course was a lost battle for me. Mostly, I could not stand the mold issue they denied - and - after having a mold remediation company out to confirm the mold issue, I made it a point to get the hell out and got out despite the advise to pursue the mold issee through an attorney - as the attorneys advise was to not play hard ball while trying to buy a home and get legally out of a lease. When it was time to hand over the closing costs I learned I was short by a few thousand dollars and it was rough replenishing those funds! The person(s) responsible have caused me great hardship. If there are so many people involved as I have just learned and River Park is found responsible we should all get compensated.

You should have been compensated by your bank if this was actually the case...

Suntrust replensished my account and according to them they still have an investigation in progress in addition they wrote a letter to the mortgage company for me. THE compensation would be more like a class action suit for hardship. Which by the way is very possible especially if it turns out to be a River Park employee.
