This is a fairly nice apartment, as far as apartments go. The maintenance is courteous, and quick to respond. They recently updated all the appliances (except for the crappy A/C's). The grounds are well-maintained. The office staff is, well, at least professional. The location is pretty close to Waterford, that abysmal shopping district, and UCF, but nothing else.

I rent a 1 bed 1 bath 730 sq ft apartment there. I pay $910/month ($20 increase the second year). To me, that is just ridiculous. I only moved there in the first place because it was fairly close to UCF, which I guess is the reason it is so expensive. Totally not worth it. I'm moving back to Tampa when my lease is up in January, and expect to pay over $100 less for much more space. I recommend the apartment if you like spending too much for a small space.

I disagree with the office staff - they are VERY UNprofessional. They think it is appropriate to give you 3 days notice to have all of your furniture moved 5 ft away from every window, and to keep it that way for over a month, and not tell you when the construction is done so you can move it back. Every notive I have received has only given me 3-4 days notice of needing to do something. VERY unprofessional. 2 weeks is professional. 1 week is acceptable. 3 days is insulting

They gave about two weeks notice for our actual building.. But for specific things, like the windows... 3 days was plenty of time for us, we have two windows, one in the family room, one in the bedroom. I moved a desk away from the one in the family room - it took 5 mins to move, 2 mins to throw a sheet over. In the bedroom, we didn't have to move anything. Common sense tells you that they just want everything far enough away so that the guys can install the new windows. And they want things covered so it doesn't ruin/create a larger mess than you need. Oh and, the windows were in stalled super quick, I had my stuff back where it was within less than a week. I think they were plenty professional about it. They're getting things done quick and that is fineeee with me.
