My husband and I both had our cars broken into in the course of 6 months. I personally brought it to management's attention and filed police reports both times. In fact, the same night my husband had his car window bashed in, yes - bashed in, the 3 cars in the same row as his were also broken into. They too filed police reports. I urge you to never trust the management of a complex to give you the full story. Keep in mind - they are called "Leasing Agents." This means they are trying to "lease" you an apartment. They're salesmen. Salesmen don't provide you with the negative aspects of what they're trying to sell you. Check with the local authorities. They can provide you with car break-in stats for this complex. My husband and I were both statistics and there were many, many more.
