I lived at River Park for two years. Didn't really have any problems until I moved out. It was a very quiet neighboorhood and a nice break from the apartments surrounding UCF. Maintenance staff was always very quick to fix any problems. Staff was pretty nice but other friends of mine have had problems with them in the past. Parking can be a pain for guests, there's almost no guest spots and after 9 p.m. can be almost impossible to find a parking spot for guests. Was very pricy for the size. Found an apartment in a very good neighberhood on the west side of town for only $30 more but with almost double the square footage. Pet Deposit fee's are very expensive there with the 3 bedroom apartments requiring a $1000 pet deposit. Not to bad with the move out, I did think they tried charging me for the carpet that wasn't necessary. Overall it was a good experience and would probably recommend it to another friend.
