Leasing this apartment has been a nightmare since day one. The leasing office is full of hypocrits and liars! They are not reasonable or flexible in anyway. They are untrustworthy and drop the "sweet" act day after you sign the lease. They dont return phone calls. They wont let you speak to the manager. There is lots theft in the community. Parking restrictions not enforced. Always noise and weird people walking around at all hours of the day. Maintenance forget it, if you need it fixed, do it yourself! Took them three months to fix my garbage disposal. Rent rates are ridiculously high!!! It is not worth it. Been under construction FOREVER! I had a very unpleasant experience overall since the begining, But Good luck with your search

We lived there and had the same experience. We are good renters - always pay on time, not loud,take care of the place, etc., and have never had a problem anywhere else. We could not wait to get out of there, though! Rude management (after you sign, of course), not safe, no close parking at night during the school year (and not a place where a woman wants to walk to her apartment alone at night either), etc. One problem after another. In addition, a jogger was recently murdered on the trail in the park about a mile or less from the apartment complex, and a number of newpaper articles and TV stations mentioned a number of sex offenders and transients living in the surrounding areas. Would have been nice to know before I leased there . . .

As best I can tell, the place is run by it's own company- River Park Apartments, LTD. The owner contact on the WHOIS lookup is someone named -------------. If anyone has more info on this person, please post it. He is hiding from the public eye and the only way to bring this terrible company to justice is to make information available to the residents/victims.
