I just moved back into River Park. I love it here. The great thing is that the staff looks pretty much the same. The place is clean and kept that way. I saw some guy washing the doors the other day. No place else does that. I really looked at several other places around the UCF area and its obvious that the economy is affecting their ability to keep up maintenance but RP seems to be doing it.

I think management posted this review. I have never run into anyone who has lived at River Park who has had anything good to say about it or about the management. It was loud, horrible parking during the school year, cars broken into all the time. The one positive was that it is next to a beautiful park, but a few weeks ago, a jogger was murdered running in the park less than a mile from these apartments. There are (according to police reports) apparently a number of transients and sex offenders in the area. My husband never let me walk from my car to our apartment at night without coming out to watch me and make sure I was safe.

I agree with the response above. I can believe this person was happy while they were there, but I am surprised they didn't get any crazy bills in the mail after moving out. Maybe they need to check their credit report: :-/

So, if you write a good review you are with the management and if you write a bad review you are telling the truth? What a couple of jerks. Also, the jogger was killed over a year ago and it was about 3/4 of a mile west of RP next to the post office so if you want to be safe don't mail anything. I stick by my review.
