I've been a resident at River Park for 4 years. I have seen my neighbors come and go for many reasons mostly because they are done with school or change of jobs. Management has always addressed my concerns, they do obviously have guidelines they need to follow to enforce the lease but I have had little to no problems. I have been concerned at times regarding safety but primarily in the UCF area in general. The office has mentioned they have applied for permits to put in gates I think this will help although gates can be a pain! I live in a Conway size apartment (the biggest one bedroom) and it has been really nice. I know of people who have moved out and have complained about carpet charges in regards to a pet. All I know is the one friend I know that said her pet didnt piss on the carpet was full of it. I still remember the smell coming from the apartment as soon as you opened the door. I'm sure if she was charged they validated it. All in all I would recommend River Park, its staff and its location.

I know several people that live/lived in River Park and those who actually like their apartment still agree that once you're under lease, Management becomes rude and disconsolate, especially if you have a problem.
