Lived here 3 years and liked it.
Pro:
Office Staff: Tammy and Trish are wonderful, Steve, Lisa, ad Pam don't really answer your questions.
Maintenance: Tony is great! Everyone does their job and you never have to wait for them to come check out the problem.
Bedrooms are big for apt living.
Bathrooms are ok.
New security Cameras.
Courtesy Officers(actual orange country police officers live on site).
Con:
Safety...with all the rapes, homeless people, home invasions in the area...I dont feel safe here.
Square foot: is NOT what they advertise.
Small Kitchens(tiny really)

I believe Steve, Lisa, and Pam don't really answer your questions because they have no authority and are not allowed to make any decisions without running it by Trish. I also believe Tammy is the rudest person there with no customer service skills and I believe Trish is like a control freak tyrant. But hey, opinions are like noses and I like my apartment, just don't care much for the office staff. Fortunately I haven't needed to talk with them much.
