Upon first viewing River Park, you may be wowed by the property, excited by the amentities, and overwhelmed at the idea of moving into a nice apartment! Hopefully, you will read the reviews on this site before you make that binding decision to sign a lease with River Park and you will realize that this is not the place you want to call home. Yes, the property is nice. That isn't the problem. The problem is the leasing staff!!! The staff in the office are nice when you sign your lease, but after that they are rude and unhelpful. They DO NOT care about you as a person or a resident and they dont have to because there is no way for you to get out of your lease. They are extremely petty and they will rob you more than the people who will be breaking into your car once you move in. I strongly advise you to walk through on the inspection with them and be thorough when filling out the move in/ move out form. I had a terrible experince moving out. There are people moving out all the time, but rarely anyone moving in. Another issue A LOT of people have with this place is that even though they tell you when you move in that the office is open until 11:00, the often close it early, sometimes even an hour early. So, if you dont get home until 9 or 10 good luck. Although I have never had problems with parking, I have seen the cops in here on a a number of occasions dealing with robberies and the like. There are plenty of nicer places with friendy staff for cheaper. THE LEASE IS BINDING. Do not sign it!
