I would have to wonder if the staff didn't write any favorable reviews about themselves because if you live there long enough you know that the staff are rude. The person who said the dissatified person just wanted out of their lease was way wrong. Lots of landlords will work with a person when extenuating circumstances occur and that does involve letting someone out of their lease. These people are just greedy, mean, rude and most of all a bunch of liars. Don't believe anything they say. No they won't let you out of your lease under any circumstances and have no flexibility on any terms or conditions. Life happens and sometimes it's just good business to work with people through extenuating circumstances. These people will just stick it to you. They ask, "what can we legally do to this person and get away with" and that's the basis of their approach to property management. Yes, you might can live there and never have any problems. It's possible. But there are many better places to live that are just as nice and more affordable. Once you sign a lease at River Park, you better hope you never get in a bind and have a late payment because they will put it to you with every legal avenue they can and they really do not care. And yes, they will lie to you and about you and then all talk about you and backstab you. Bad managment and leading a team of rude, ruthless people.

I agree with EVERY word of this. The sad part is that this could be a really nice place to live, but the staff ruin it. They HAVE to have been writing some of these reviews because honestly if they hadn't and whoever actually owns this place reads this, they'd all be fired. I like that you brought up that they lie because I didnt say that in my post and I dont think anyone else did, but you are right. THEY LIE TO YOU!!! I cant stress that enough. I really hope their is karma for these people..maybe someday their kids will have to deal with people like them haha or they will be old in a retirement home and someone like Trish will be running it!
