My wife and I have lived in River Park for 9 years. In that time we have grown to love the complex with it's many amenities,as well as it's friendly and helpful staff. Anytime we have ever had a maintenance issue, the maintenance staff has been there in a timely manner and has down a great job. They are all very professional.
When the 2005 hurricanes came thew,the complex took a lot of damage, but again they were right on top of everything. I also love how clean and upkept the grounds are. The offfice staff have always been a joy to work with. They always have a warm smile and are ready to help in anyway.

My wife and I like many people have had a hard time in this rough economy, and My wife lost her job. We were unable to pay the rent on time, but we went to the office and spoke to the management. They were more then happy to work with us, and make arrangements for us. We are very proud to be part of the River Park community. River Park truely is a place to call home.

That's a nice story, but when you say they worked with you, did they continue to charge you the late fee plus the per day fees and did they continue to put notices on your door in accordance with the process that leads to eviction. If not, then you got special treatment that most tenants do not get even tenants with good payment history. So maybe they liked you better or something because they do not work with many people regardless of the situation. As far as maintenance, I haven't seen many complaints about maintenance. Most of the complaints are about office staff being rude and the lack of flexibility.
