could someone help me by checking if my old apartment is still empty or rented out'' i had to break the lease due to my mother getting ill and unfortunatly losing my job just 2 weeks after that....im being charged 8 grand for the apartment when i could only live there a month...i tried to talk to the staff about it but i was so stupipd to think that they might have a heart and try to work with me...i understand i got to pay but c'mon now 8 grand'''...i really need help if anyone could check up on my old apartment and checking if anyone lives there ...if sum1 does live there now im definetly getting this issue taken care of .....i dont live in orlando anymore thats why im asking for sum1's help.....now thanks to riverpark im practically homeless bc no one will rent to me bc of my broken lease.

well, they will stick it to you everyway they can, but did you seriously write this to ask someone to check your apt? You know you kind of have to give more info, like your apartment number ...

Breaking your lease usually means that you will have to pay until your apartment becomes occupied by a new person. Regardless if a lease break with a balance is showing on your credit its probably better to work something out with your old apartment community as far as a payment plan to show an effort to rectify the balance.

I feel really bad for you because this is really an apartment complex that should be shut down their staff is so horrible and could see if one of my friends could check for you but you don't have your apartment # or anything. I would think about it and be careful though before posting your old apartment # b/c this site is checked often by the staff (e.g. the second comment is probably from a staff member) and wouldn't put it past them to rent every apartment other than yours once they find out who you are out of pure spite and unprofessionalism. You don't have any other contacts or friends in Orlando who could check for you so you don't have to post your apt. #?
