River Reach Apartments

Happy Place to Call Home! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/25/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   We've lived here for about a year now and are definitely staying for another year! The apartments themselves are nice as well as the neighbors we have are all terrific. Not much noise or people bothering you. Sometimes parking is hard, but that's because some residents don't abide by the 2 cars per apartment rule. The overall appearance of the complex is good. Pest control comes and sprays as well as they take care of the plants and outside area's. Safety seems like an issue at our apartment just because we live next to a dirt path from a public park (just our building), this is a little scary sometimes because people can walk in and out at night without being seen. Other than that we have a security officer who patrols and helps you to feel safe. Anytime we've had a problem, maintenance was there to fix it within 48 hours. The staff in the leasing office is very nice and friendly and always willing to help! Overall we love living here and hope to call it home for a little while longer!!
