This place is pretty decent I would say. I never had a problem with office staff, and the apartments are comfy. My only complaints were too many noisy bebe's kids running around all times of the day and night.. like, don't they have school''' And, rush hour traffic in the evening makes it hard to get inside or out of the complex, with everyone heading further east on Colonial/SR 50. But, I personally have never had any problems. My fridge broke once and maintenance was there in about an hour to fix it. Oh, but don't attempt to order a pizza to be delivered because they don't deliver there.. I'm not exactly sure why, but.. from what I heard the delivery drivers used to get mugged all the time in River Reach and its neighbor Cricket Club...

Did you ever think that it's not all that?Are you relly sure it's pretty decent?My sons friend lives there.They have parties all the time.The neighbors are loud.Drugs and hookers are not hard to find.It looks like a party place.You couldn't pay me to live there let alone deliver a pizza there.
