I've lived here for 7 months. The staff was snobby when we moved in. But we figured since they were picky on who lived here, it would get us away from the crappy neighbors that we had at our last apartments. Boy were we wrong. The staff is even more rude once you're in a lease. The neighbors are ridiculous. They leave dog poo everywhere, and are noisy, and the office won't do anything about it. We've had every appliance break, and a pipe bust in the apartment, with no compensation for the huge fans and humidifiers that we had to scream over for a week because of the water saturation. They have so many hidden fees that you have to pay. My 815 a month apartment costs me over 1100 a month. my lease is up in October, it's April now. I have to break my lease to help take care of my parents... and they said I can either pay 4300 to break it now and cover my rent til the end of June, or I can pay 5000 and have a vacation apartment. These people are ridiculous. I will never ever ever rent another place as long as I live. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!1 IT IS A RIP OFF!!!

Foolish person, this is a great place to live. People don't just charge that kind of money for moving, maybe you were evicted and left the place a mess that's why you probably have to pay that kid of money!

Nope... still here. Never had a complaint, pay my bills on time, and am an upstanding citizen. I speak of the complex. If I was a slob, why would I care about dog crap being everywhere? That absolutely is the cost to break my lease, and only break my lease. No penalties. So you just reinforced my comment... this place is a ripoff. Period.

They are not lying it seems to be one kind of ethnic background of people here. You can cleary tell the front office is discriminating. They also take thier time to fix things and never leave a note that they were in your apartment once they finally come. They dont take notes, I once called three different times to get three items in my home done and each time I had to tell the office clerk everything from the beginning. When the maintenance person finally came then he fixed one thing then said because the others were not on his ticket I needed to callback. Please dont mention the trash that the local many many many kids and street people that like to hang out. It is ridiculous how many times they break the water sprinklers. In response our water bill is through the roof with this third party company Conservice( Total rip off). My water bill averages btw $40-$50 each month. When I previously lived in a town house and my water was the most $12 a month.
