No No No-It's Deceiving!

Parking Bad, Kids are ignorant, Car break-ins, Noisy & walls are thin, People are rude>I have lived here for 2 years and we were happy for a few months but after that it has gone down hill. Between kids ruining your car: putting lollipops on it, drawing on your car with crayon & we had someone break our car window. I agree it is not a good area, not a good place because it has a lot of ------ and spanish people that don't give a s**t or about their kids. And they pop babies out like crazy. OMG and the PARKING-lets just say you will have to park 2 buildings over. There is not enough parking and then people use your side of the parking lot for another building making you park even further away. Most people even have 3 cars and they'll park them ALL in front of their building which isn't fair. It should be main car parked there and others on the side so other people have parking. The Laundry room in the apartment is split with the pantry. Once you put your washer and drying in there you can't get to your food because its blocking it-It's too small. The people blare their music not giving a s**t that your baby is sleeping and I have called the Curtis security on them 4 times they still do it-Like we want to listen to your spanish crap' uughh NO! Through our bedroom walls we heard babies crying, alarm clocks going off at 4am, cell phone ringing, intercourse haha, & conversations (yelling & Normal)-So the walls are extremely thin-This made my child wake up. On top of that in the 2 bedroom there are big closets which I like but no linen closets for towels...no coat closet. But you get what you pay for. We started at $684, then $708 & if we had renewed our lease again it would have went up $20. My Water bill here is only $20-25. The kids are ridiculous and don't give a s**t if you are driving and about to run you over they just keep walking and expect for you to go around them even when other cars are coming from the other direction. Its all how the parents raised them and the parents don't care. The kids will be lined up 4-5 people in a line on one side of the road. They are rude and ignorant--uncontrolled. THE BUMPS in this complex are also ridiculous. My aunt & I both had to get are shocks replaced and we don't go over them fast. They are so annoying. The staff is nice and the repairs you report get done in a timely fashion. They even came to open my apartment up because I locked the keys in my car. The only lady in the office I have to complain about is the spanish lady when you first walk in her desk is on the left. She is rude. The other 3 ladies are very helpful, nice & understanding. The Electric Bill is rrreally high. We always average $150-200 since we moved in and we have the AC at normal. I think its off or something. My mom has a 3 bedroom house in Oviedo and pays $130. From a Previous post: Breaking the lease...it is prob. because it is an income based apartment and they need the apartments rented out. And you are going to have to pay money for breaking a lease so thats just that period. But I don't see how its $5,000. We move out in 2 weeks and can't wait to get out of this hell hole. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
