I find people who complain the most are the ones who don't pay on time, or ones who cause problems. I have found this complex to be very quiet, well maintained, things fixed in quick matter when requested. All apartment complexs, rental houses have a standard income one must make to live there, owners want to make sure one is able to pay. Why would anyone be studid enough to allow someone in who doesn't have the ability to pay. I would recommend this place to all my friends who need a place to live.
