RCC, IS ONLY FOR ELDERLY OR ANYONE WHO IS NOT CONSIDERED MINORITY. IF THE OFFICE MANAGER CAN'T FIND A REASON TO DENY YOUR APPLICATION, YOU WILL REGRET EVER SIGNING THE LEASE. THE OUTSIDE BUILDINGS ARE MOLDED AND FILTHY, THE PAINT CHIPS TERRIBLY INSIDE, THE CABINETS AND APPLIANCES ARE VERY VERY OLD. THE STAFF HAS SHOWN NO INTEREST IN UPKEEPING MY AREA,DESPITE THE FACT I PAY MY RENT AND FOLLOW ALL RULES. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS NICE ONLY TO THOSE SHE CARES FOR AND WILL DENY SHE KNEW OF YOUR ISSUES WHEN YOU CONTACT HER MANAGER.
