I agree we have the worst manager in all of florida here. and managers are a dime a dozen its time for a new manager who has respect and be carefull she has her select group of snitches and we all know who you are and do not respect you either

I agree! The manager is hard to get along with. She uses intimidation with everyone she encounters. Don't even think about having company come to visit, it is a nightmare and embarrassing. They will not be allowed to use the facilities at the complex without harrassment. She adjusts the rules and regulations to suit her own needs. Would not recommend the complex to anyone that has children living with them or children that might come to visit. I CAN NOT WAIT UNTIL THE LEASE EXPIRES. And don't even think about breaking the lease. Even if you die your estate will be responsible to fulfill the lease.
