Rosement used to be a nice place to live, until the new manager came aboard a few years back. I am retired, and I see how unprofessional and rude she acts with a selective group of tenants and tenants guests. The manager only helps her snitch friends and her boyfriend who lives in the community. I don't recommend this place to anyone, unless you are the kind of person who likes to be mistreated and degrated in thier own home. The manager, also enters your apartment as she please without notice.
