Have you notice that not many minority live on this property' Wonder why' I am a white tenant who have lived here for years. I recommended a black couple who are some of the nicest people ever. On paper they meet all the requirements but in person they are the "wrong color". The management gave the apartment to some other white couple and lied to the black couple. So if yuor white and over 60 then you have a chance of living here but if you not, then have your ever wonder why'
