We are not white/even American; had a little hard time to rent (just we had to call Allison for few times about approval), however, got it. But Allison is very prompt in any solving any problem and maintains the place nicely. Just compare the environemnt of the surrounding apts.and you would see the difference. Manager appears rude or too strict but if you go in staright way, she is excellent. That's how she is so successful in running this plcae.
