I have lived here for over three years with my family and we all are very happy. The neighborhood is not great but living at Rosemont Country Club Apts is like living in an oasis in the desert. It is very quiet and we never have any problems. The management is great and always responds very quickly to any issues we have. We have wonderful neighbors around us and we never hear a sound from the upstairs apartment. We feel very lucky to have found this place.

I guess it matters how you define sucessful. I think the problem is that you people live in the getto and because of that you are willing to live somewhere where managemnt treats you badly. Get some self respect. No one has the right to be rude to you.
