I lived at Rosemont Country club for 6 years, when the previous manager was there, and loved the neighbors and the large apartment, however, if you are a minority and have children, you will have problems with the managers harrassments. There aren't many minorities or children and children are not allowed in the pool area, unless they are related or close friends of the manager (who lives right outside the pool).

THE ONLY REASON I MOVED OUT IS BECAUSE OF THE MANAGEMENT STAFF. Despite the fact I paid rent on time for 6 years, got along with all my neighbors, My family, friends and guests were constantly harrassed by the racist manager. Most of the other few minority residents there have moved too. I'm hispanic and sent an ------- American freind to ask about availability of a two bedroom (she was told there weren't). I had my white co-worker call and ask the same day, and was told something will be available at the end of the month. Hmmmmm.

You are so right! I moved out because of the same reason! She would harass every and I mean every singe family member or friend that came to visit me. Some of the older neighbors are old and rude as well. They all hate minorities! Once she even yelled at my family and I because I was out by the pool with regular clothes on! Not like I was swimming or anything! This woman is crazy! I've had old neighbors yell at me for parking in their "Spot"! Last time I checked, there were no parking arrangements! She was also very rude about our animals! Always stalking us and seeing what was going on in our home! If you move here, you will have no privacy and no enjoyment! It is just so violating! Even had a guy, who lives near the car care area, yell at me because he car got wet! Lets include that it was drizzleing and I did not intentionally spray water on his car!!!! These people are a bunch of up tight........you fill in the blank!!!! And safe?? Safe has nothing to do with it! The neighboring appartments are filled with shootouts and theft! My cousin works as a security guard in the area and tells me all about it! I have had my car tampered with in that complex! And there was once a shoot out right in front of the third entrance from 441. My mother and I were taking a walk when it happend! Im sure if someone tried to enter that had a gun, they wouldnt be scared of -------! I lived there a few years back and have since moved, but it seems that she is still in management, and the old people are still there, so I dont recommend the apts. to anyone! Unless of course you are old and uptight and have no friends or family visitors. And you dont mind people breathing down your neck and watching you! Because they will!

Judging from the reviews good and bad,this manager should have been removed a long time ago. Who owns the property and supervises her??? Fair Housing or another appropriate entity should be contacted. It's long overdue that this management and the practices that occur there be exposed. Perhaps the local news media should also be alerted to this. I'm sure this complex isn't the only one that handles business in such a distasteful fashion.
