I lived here before this became strictly low income housing and it was horrible even then. I do know that most of the staff is the same, so I assume things are still horrid.

Due to 9/11, i lost my job and warned the apartment complex well in advance that my rent would be late and they assured me it would be OK. I thought they were being gracious and I was evicted when this place went low income in the end of 2003.

Well guess what' When I looked for a new apartment, I found that management had, unbeknownst to me, filed an EVICTION notice against me and this appearewd on my credit. Seeing I receive no papaerwork at all, this is highly illegal and I had to get the BBB and the FTC involved before the apt mgr would clear thing up with my new complex.

On to the apartments. They are decent but not great. If you live upstairs, prepare to pay $150 for power due to the AC never working properly. The neighbors are a pain as the people below me were white trash and called the sheriff if you had your TV on past midnight. They also had random "garage sales" outside the apartment which looked really trashy.

I had one neighbor that plooked in people's windows but mgt never reprimanded him.

The only reason I lived here was because I could not get an apartment near work in College Park due to them being full so this place was close.

It was cheap when I lived there and just average. No thrills. But it is not worth more than the $475 i paid for a one BR. Anything more is highway robbery.
