We moved up from Hollywood, FL, what we thought was the worst place.

This one topped it.
The first week we were there, we had the cover on our truck pulled off, once stealing a 100$ tool set.

Some one even stole my rose and pot off the porch.

We live next to six -------- that constantly stalk us, leaving thier blinds slightly open to watch us come in.

With drug addicts that live above them.

The original maintance sheet that the lady who showed us the apartment, never got completed.

There's a sink faucet on the tub, so the cold water doesn't shut off completly.

There's a pipe above the tub, that constantly drips and who knows where the pipe comes from, but it's completly rusted over and so there are rust stains in the tub.

I had the shower curtain rod fall on my head 3 times before I bought a new one myself.

The dishwasher is entirely useless and so is the disposal (both listed on the original maintance sheet).

The only new thing about the apartment was the stove.

We had a broken toilet that took over a week to have fixed.

When I got mad and called the manager to have the toilet fixed, I found a maintance man in the apartment, 11 at night, not fixing anything, but trashing the whole place looking for cash.

It's one thing to come home and see your place broken into, it's another to stand face to face to the intruder.

Since then we always keep the dog at home, and got a storage unit to store any non neccessities.
It took months before the parking light and the security light by the doors got fixed, which happened at the same time they took 3 months to replace the porch lights to the apartments.

The apartments are infested with bugs and they have never sent any sort of pest control over.

We even bombed the place twice and it hasn't helped.

We also have lizards.

And there are two holes at the top and bottom of the bedroom window (who knows why its there), but many have put Great STUFF in it to keep bugs out.
And now they want to raise the rent to $610 a month.

The new place we want to go to is $720 for a three bedroom.
