I moved in may 2007, so far so good.

have had no problems, i hear they are under new management..

i went into the complex for the 1st time before i moved in and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

i viewed the modles, one was upgraded and the other was just regular.

i of course picked the upgraded apt with the stanless steal kitchenw/ marble counter tops.

i have seen a few bugs(roaches) but nothing major..

honeslty maybe 2 or 3, when i trun on my light they are not running for a hidding place.

i do belive that in a complex that the people you live around also contribute to the bugs, if you have unclean neighbors that have roaches(alot) you are more then likley to have them as well, they run from apt to apt.

although im not renewing my lease(changing areas) i would say if you are looking for a place to build your rental history for the 1st time, its not such a bad place.

i do see the police/security every night partrolling the complex and i do feel some what safe.

i have had no problems in the apt that have caused me to have to call the front ofc so i really would not know how well they handle serivce issues.

other then paying my rent on time (they give you til the 5th of the mth)i dont have to deal with the front ofc .
