I have been there since Feb. 2007. The night I moved in the apartment was infested with roaches. Was told that I would be exterminated once a week that never happened. Then in May found out that I had bed bugs. Called and complained and no one came. Went to office and left messages. Finally someone showed up in September. When it comes to maintenance, you call and they do not show up. I was left without air conditioner for two days. At this point they are under new management. Things seem to be better. Things are being taken care. The only thing is that to be listened to it seems you have to see the manager in order for things to be taken care of because no one else cares.
