Horrible place to live.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
 

First you have the invading of roaches.

Followed by the every move your neighbors make in you apartment.

The disgusting plumbing problems not to mention the condition of the apartment.

Please don't be fooled.

It is over priced and in a high crime neighborhood.

I would not recommend this place to an enemy.

So please look elsewhere before you make the mistake of moving to Royal Grande
