At first it was a nice comfortable place to live but then came all the roaches and the pest control didnt work at all.My counter in my kitchen started to disconnect from the wall.Hurricane season came and it started leaking threw the walls not to mention the poor building structure and the crumbling walls.Everything is put together poorly the doors the windows the appliances. basically they fix everything to make it look good and hold up for the 1st month or 2 but after that everything starts to show itself. The staff in the office are nasty and dont care about how u feel they just want the rent money and whatever is goin on in ur apartment they but to the side. I lived in my apt without a bedroom door for almost 2months we had to take the door to the office jus for them to remember. Their maitenence guys are the police so u cant even trust them to come into your home and fix anything without them looking for something. Its just a terrible place to live I wouldnt recommend it to a homeless person its going to be just like sleeping outside with all the damages their not willing to fix.

I wish you read my review prior to moving in. Our toilet was leaking for a week with nothing done about it, the second week I called and demanded them to come in to fix the problem. I always took my dog to work with me because I could see her on my breaks and wouldn't be away from her all day long. Well I learned my lesson that night because when I got home there was some guy laying on our bed watching jay leno. The entire bedroom was torn apart, and after escaping out of the bedroom window (because no one ever brought over screens), there was a set of maintance keys laying under the pillow. Do you think the police ever did anything about it? Of course not. From that day on the dog stayed in the apartment and I refused to have any one come into the place without me there. Lets say I did a lot of my own repairs. And the apartment never saw a penny of pet deposit/fee because it was thier own fault we needed protection against them.
