Not so Great

Moved in because it was the cheapest I could find in the area. It was tolerable at first, which was why I stayed for so long. The management was much better when I first lived here but has gone way downhill. These days it takes multiple calls to get any maintenance done, and even then they still might not ever come around. There are constant plumbing problems, from the water being shut off and toilets not working properly. They also show very little concern for their residents. My AC broke in the middle of August and it took nearly a week to fix, when it was over 90 degrees every day in my place, and the office people made no effort to mitigate the problem while they tried to get a new unit installed. They even refused to give me a porch screen to keep the bugs out, as I had to keep the sliding door open to cool the place off.
The community has a serious noise problem too. It didn't used to be so bad but now there are constantly people outside with their music booming and people open their windows and blast their music out into the property as well. I've seen no effort made to curtail this problem.
This place was never the lap of luxury but it's sad to see it go so far downhill. In fact the only really good thing I can say about it is that the rent doesn't get jacked up every year.
