I moved there in August. I lived in Virginia and made the mistake of moving there sight unseen. I am now breaking my lease and I don't care what happens to my credit. My car has been broken into three times and the police are constantly there. The place has a major roach problem and the plumbing stinks. Go anywhere else but do not sign a lease here. They've been through 4 managers since I moved in (not to mention several maintenance people). I've been told this is a new management company. If so, i wish the old one would come back. They can't keep their employees--everyone keeps quitting! Thankfully I have signed a new lease nearby at a much nicer place.
